8-9am and 9-10am
Space is Limited – Pre-registration with Shane is encouraged Join us every Saturday for a smart, small, sweaty hour of moving and being good to yourself! Please contact Shane to reserve your spot, space is limited. There are two sessions each Saturday: 8-9am and 9-10am. You’ll want to give yourself a big squeeze and a high five for starting your weekend with a little sweat session!

Kundalini Yoga
Saturdays in July (7/13, 7/20, 7/27)
Kundalini Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline for developing strength, awareness, character and consciousness. the main purpose is to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of human to uphold values, speak truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal oneself and others. The practice is comprised of simple yet profound kriyas (exercises), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and chanting. Students will be taught the skills necessary to then create a daily practice, while continuing to attend classes for the benefits of group energetics. Donations of $5-15 will be accepted. Friday Time Out
Friday, July 19th 3pm-5pm
It may be time for a strategic Time Out, don’t you think? Come join your peers for a Friday afternoon of discussion, mingling, and spending time on yourself. Take care of number one! There may be sweating, there could be learning, there will be snacks. Twice a month, Ascend Body will host an industry Happiness Hour from 3-5pm. Come join us, and spend time with your favorite client. You!

Compassionate Communication with JP Sears
July 20-21st
Is it possible that how we communicate can either be a powerful catalyst for opening the gates of the mind and heart, or a destructive force creating toxicity in our relationships and opportunities? How can consciously infusing compassion into our communication facilitate an expansion of intimacy both within ourselves and with those we are in relationships with?

When we get triggered, why do we create conflict that escalates the more we talk?  How can we give someone our heart rather than our aggressiveness or passivity?

In this class you’re invited to explore how being undefended, humble, yet true to yourself infuses meaningful compassion into your communication. Recognizing that communication goes far past the significance carried by the spoken word and how fighting fair is essential to any relationship will also be embraced.

This program acknowledges communication as a two way street beginning with how we sensitively hear what another is saying to create a field of respect and acceptance. Secondly, how we voice our authentic feelings, thoughts, and points of view with ownership (rather than blaming another) further expands the field of respect and acceptance that our communication generates.

•Become undefended in both how you hear others and in voicing your experiences
