AND NEVER MISS A NEW POST

Everywhere you turn, you’ll find something that’s toxic to your system. Even stressful situations can create hormones that act like toxins in the body if they remain. You need to eliminate toxins in your body in order to create a healthier, happier you. If you’re like most people, you want a magic potion that will do it for you, but it isn’t that easy. It takes many changes in your lifestyle to help you become your healthiest and live toxin free.
Exercise does so much for your health that it’s amazing physicians aren’t more well versed in not just the effects, but also the process. Exercise helps burn off hormones created by stress, such as cortisol and replace them with ones that create a feeling of well being. While stress hormones play a vital role in survival if we’re facing a dangerous situation, the body often creates them in stressful situations that aren’t life threatening, such as an angry client or boss or a traffic jam. They cause changes in the body, if left unchecked, result in disease. Exercise also makes you perspire, which is a natural way of eliminating toxins from the body. It stimulates the digestive processes and elimination, all removing toxins. It moves lymph fluids and increases oxygen flow to all cells of the body.
Some foods simply are toxic to your body. Sugary products and trans fats are known to assault the body, no matter who you are, but other foods may zero in and be toxic only for certain people. For instance, not everyone can eat products with gluten or lactose without the body letting them know it’s not happy. We have become a nation of process and packaged foods with ingredients we no longer can pronounce, many of which have dramatically damaging effects on the body. Changing your diet to include whole foods and foods that are naturally detoxifying can help you rebuild your health while eliminating toxins from your diet and your body.
Thoughts are things. They have a tremendous effect on your health. Remember how the flight or fight response sends hormones out when we’re under stress, even if it’s just because the pickle jar won’t open and you’re in a hurry. When you learn positive thinking you can control the reaction to all that goes on around you. While exercise may burn off the hormones, you can’t always get out of your car and do jumping jacks in a traffic jam or at the office when the boss is angry. When you believe that good things are coming or give thanks for those great things you already have, more good appears in your life.
Get toxins out with a deep massage, Rolfing or other transformational body work. Sometimes toxins remain locked in the muscle tissue and massage can release them so the body can eliminate the toxin. Sometimes the toxins are emotions we lock away, which can be just as harmful as any poison. Body work can help here too.
Toxins take their toll on your body and can prevent wellness, which is what everyone strives to achieve. They can drain you of energy and create harmful conditions that make life shorter or less satisfying.
Your health is all related to the style of life you choose and the environment where you live. There’s a reason some people are known to have toxic personalities, but you can learn how to deal with them.
In order to maintain good health and a toxin free environment, you have to commit to a healthy lifestyle the minute you wake up each day. It will improve the quality and quantity of your life.
