Hey Ascend family! It’s about time for a new recipe featuring our favorite secret weapon: the sweet potato. Most of the time we like them crunchy. But fries are just one of many possibilities when it comes to sweet potatoes.
Today we want to present you with a different taste by combining sweet potatoes with coconut milk and vegetable stock. Here’s my promise: It has never been so easy to prepare a satisfying and delicious meal. #nocookingskillsneeded. This recipe perfectly balances fats with carbohydrates while combining notes of sweetness and saltiness. And by the way: this recipe is vegan & a great option for all our members who struggle finding the right recipe for paleo veganisim.
