Saturday Sweat Sessions Every Saturday in September! (9/7, 9/14, 9/21 and 9/28) There are two sessions each Saturday: 9-10am and 10-11am. Each session is $45 for the hour! Kundalini Yoga Saturdays in September (9/7, 9/14, 9/21 and 9/28) 10am Kundalini Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline for developing strength, awareness, character and consciousness. the main purpose is to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of human to uphold values, speak truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal oneself and others. The practice is comprised of simple yet profound kriyas (exercises), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and chanting. Students will be taught the skills necessary to then create a daily practice, while continuing to attend classes for the benefits of group energetics. Donations of $5-15 will be accepted.
