Guilt Free Nutella

Guilt Free Nutella

Oh Nutella, you God of chocolate, who doesn’t love you? When it comes to chocolate, Nutella is definitely on the top of our list. But that might just be all the sugar talking. After all, Nutella is 55% pure sugar.  Hazelnuts, the healthiest ingredient in Nutella, barely make a dent in terms of nutritional value. Isn’t that crazy? If you’ve ever wondered why chocolate is not sweet, but bitter, that’s why. It’s just missing the sweetness of the sugar. That’s also why we always recommend to go with darker chocolate because it contains more fats and less processed sugars.

Of course, we wouldn’t be posting this recipe if we didn’t have a healthier, pimped up version of Nutella.  Thank God for one of my favorite German YouTuber Channels:  Cooked & Shredded , which inspired this recipe. Remember, a sustainable diet lets you cheat sometimes. But if you’re able to make a better eating choice, it will really help you make a lasting change to your eating habits. The best part is you’ll barely notice the switch, because there are some truly delicious natural alternatives out there.

That’s where our “Guilt Free Nutella” comes in. This silky deliciousness will  give you sweetness without the negative, guilty feelings, afterwards. It’s packed with good fats and protein based ingredients, and gets its natural sweetness from honey, vanilla and stevia. So hell yeah, treat yourself to some chocolate and enjoy without guilt !
