Ascenders! There are 3 major things we can’t get enough of: Love, laughter and chocolate! Natural based chocolate is a great antioxidant deliverer and contains a lot of healthy fat. Today we are going to combine chocolate with quickly digestible carbs. Here’s why: when you burn all your energy after an intense workout out of your muscles and liver, your body needs this energy back asap to help your muscle fibers recover. That means we want to reach a controlled blood sugar peak after a workout.
Fruits and sweet veggies are a great options for that (and they taste so delicious!).
