Balsamic Marinated Chicken Breast (Paleo)


  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts


  1. In a large zip lock bag combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, basil, salt and pepper and mix well
  2. Add the chicken breasts and seal, mixing to coat
  3. Place in the refrigerator for 2-24 hours
  4. Preheat oven to 400F
  5. Place the chicken in a glass dish and bake for 25 minutes
  6. ENJOY!!!
