Breathwork is a psychotherapeutic, meditative activity that involves the conscious alteration of natural breathing patterns; it’s a body conscious process allowing you to tune in to you.

Under the guidance of a breathwork therapist, you will manipulate your breathing to reduce stress, clear the mind, focus on the moment at hand, and access personal insight that may have been previously blocked.

Breathwork is a unique process as the healing occurs from within. You are in control of your breath, and by harnessing the power of this sustaining force with awareness you will gain inner peace and tranquility.
